HOW TO GROW MICROGREENS
Soak your Seeds
Soak your seeds in water for 12-24 hours before sowing. This will allow your seeds to germinate much quicker.
Sow your Seeds
Spread your seeds so they evenly cover the area of the growing tray. Sprinkle the remaining seed raising mix so that all seeds are lightly covered.
Water Frequently
To water your seeds, simply lift the top tray slightly and pour water into the bottom tray. Water every 2-3 days until harvest.
Harvest
Harvest your microgreens 12-14 days after sowing by simply using a pair of scissors or a sharp knife to cut the greens at the base of the stem.
